Welcome to all new paddlers, and those of you who are looking forward to another great year. The TWP season starts in September each year, and the arrival of spring also means CLUB FEES are due! 

TWP fees are set at our Annual General Meeting each year and the fees for 2023-24 year are listed below.  Please see our club membership policy below, which provides further information about the fees and options.

Club fees are payable online by filling out the form and paying via the link at this page: www.tewakapounamu.com/membership-application-and-payment

 

Adult fees are DUE BY 30 SEPTEMBER each year.
 

Taiohi (youth) fees are DUE BY 30 OCTOBER each year. This is due to the later season start for Taiohi. 

If you cannot pay via the website, you can pay directly into the club account (details below) but please ensure you provide a REFERENCE for your payment so that we can track who has paid.

RANGATAHI (15-19 years)  |  $45.00  ($75.00 includes a club training t-shirt)                  

TAMARIKI (U14)  |  $30.00   ($60 includes a club training t-shirt)                  

WHANAU Option 1 (1 Adult & 1 Rangatahi/Tamariki)  |  $140.00   

WHANAU Option 2 (1 Adult & 2 Rangatahi/Tamariki)  |  $160.00   

WHANAU Option 3 (2 Adults & 2 Rangatahi/Tamariki)  |  $250.00   

All TWP members are expected to pay NAVAL POINT CLUB FEES which give you access to the showers, toilets and the use of the ramp and clubrooms.  Naval Point fees are $100 for Adults and $50 Children and are payable directly to the Naval Point Club.  For more information go to: www.navalpoint.co.nz/registration/

For those wanting to use the facilities at ARAWA CANOE CLUB (Kerrs Reach) - please go to:  www.arawa.org.nz/membership.html. Navigation rules for Avon River/ Ōtākaro between the upstream limits of Kerrs Reach and the boundary with the Estuary of the Heathcote and the Avon Rivers/Ihutai can be found HERE.

All NEW MEMBERS and those not previously registered with WANZ, must also send a portrait photo, and a photo of your drivers licence to enable registration - if this is not completed you will not be able to enter or compete in any events.

If you wish to store your V1 or OC1 at Naval Point or Kerrs Reach, please also email the club so that this can be arranged. Storage costs $10 per month.
